Kitbag for Families is a set of tools designed to help children be calm and relaxed, resilient and confident, helping to build positive relationship in families. It was developed by International Futures Forum, a charity committed to helping people to work towards addressing some of today’s challenges. Kitbag was developed by health professionals and award-winning designers based on evidence on what works to create resilience, emotional literacy and wellbeing. The Kitbag can be used from the age of three to adulthood.
