Find a way of using Kitbag on a regular basis, such as first thing in the morning or first thing after coming home from work or last thing at night. Kitbag grows more powerful with regular use.
To start a Kitbag session, find a place where you will not be disturbed and where you can sit comfortably. Open up Kitbag and detach the mat if you want to. When Kitbag is open, you are in a safe space, where things you think or feel can be respected and kept confidential. If you are using Kitbag with someone else, you need to make this clear.
Begin by using the roller oil. Then take a card from the Presence pack and do what it says for two to three minutes. Next take a card from the Transform pack. This is your inner work for the rest of the day, the week or the month or whenever you next return to Kitbag.
There are further instructions in the How to Use booklet contained in Kitbag to explain how to use all the contents. The idea is to explore in any way you like, taking your time and introducing your own ideas.
Note that Kitbag can also be used in group work or team development – where it prompts a very different culture and enables otherwise ‘forbidden’ conversations.
