International Futures Forum is a company limited by guarantee without share capital, registered as a charity in Scotland No SC038749. Its purposes are broadly drawn and educational:

1. To promote and advance the education of people in the United Kingdom and internationally to enable them to meet their social and economic aspirations in the face of a complex present and an uncertain future;
2. To encourage and facilitate research and practical collaboration in particular in the fields of health, learning, responsible enterprise and governance through meetings, publications and otherwise;
3. To promote education in and development of the capacities required to restore effectiveness in action in the face of contemporary challenges at all levels locally and internationally for the benefit of the public.

IFF also has a commercial arm, IFF Praxis Ltd, a company limited by guarantee. This is the vehicle for IFF’s paid for activity in support of clients and partners. IFF Praxis Ltd commits any annual surplus to IFF in the form of a donation.
